Organizations Who Qualify for Donations
Organizations must have 501(c)(3) status. The trust shall distribute funds with priority given to the four areas of: Culture/Arts, Education, Aviation and Human Services/Community. Following is a brief description of the organizations that fit into each category:

• Cultural/Arts - an organization which stimulates thought, communication, and creativity through visual art, literature, dance, theater or music.
• Educational - an organization whose purpose is to distribute knowledge and instruct.
• Aviation - an organization associated with the promotion and education of aircraft.
• Human Services/Community - an organization who serves people or whose goal is to create an overall improvement in the quality of life.

Organizations Who Do Not Qualify for Donations
The Duncan Family Trust does not provide funds for the public promotion of organizations, individuals, churches or religious issues, or political causes.
